The WPA Team is spearheaded by its 4 Partners, with each partner specializing in a specified functional area, like statutory audit, internal audit, direct tax, indirect tax, company law, Business advisory service , management consultancy.
The Partners are ably assisted by a trained and experienced technical personnel consisting of Chartered Accountants, Ex-Bankers and commerce and management graduates and articled assistants. Our team members follow a well-defined methodology and strictly enforced procedures to deliver high quality services at all times. Extensive and ongoing training on various subjects and partner’s consultation ensures appropriate knowledge inputs and sound judgments to handle client concerns.
Under the leadership of partners, the team provides the strong central control needed to deliver attentive, consistent and focused service and reporting and communication.

1. Ranjan Periwal

Ranjan Periwal is the Founder Partner of WPA with 5 years of experience in practice. He is a visionary and under his guidance and stewardship WPA has earned a reputation as a single window professional service firm rendering excellent quality service.
He possesses high degree of professional competence in the areas of management and financial advisory services, project Finance, project Implementation and other financial consultancy. |
2. Kishor Warma
Work experience of 6 years & Associated with the Group since inception and also a founder partner.
With the commercial and analytical skills, he is expertise in appraisals of business projects and Internal audit techniques.
Prior to joining the organization he has taken the vast internal audit experience in Samsonite Industries in Internal audit department

3. Yash Dani
Has been associated with the group since July 2012 and is handling the Ajmer, Rajasthan Branch of the company.
Yash has the expertise in handling the Hotel Industry and is also as Hotelier as family business.
He is well experienced in Bank Audits, Process audits and Service Tax related matters.

4. Rohit Agrawal
Work experience of more than 4 years in Big corporate and associated with the group since 2012.
His focus area are Project Management and Financial Consultancy. He has the experience of working with various Large groups in the field of Internal Audit and Forensic Audit. His multi tasking skill and result oriented attitude has help the group to move in pace.
